Mother's Day is only a few days away. If you're in a need of a pretty and delicious dessert recipe to celebrate with your loved ones, these jam-filled cupcakes are the way to go.
Makes 12 servings
Use your favorite cupcake recipe or cupcake mix
1 cup of chilled heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp of sugar
12 tsp of jams of your choice (we are using VENUS, CLOVER, and FLORET)
Fresh fruits and lavender (for garnish)
Bake your favorite cupcakes and let cool completely. Using a knife, carve out an indent on each cupcake to hold the filling.
With a hand mixer, whisk chilled heavy whipping cream and sugar on high-speed until stiff peaks form.
Now for the option of filling, you can either use our jam which is lovely on their own or create a jam and cream filling.
To assemble, fill cupcakes with a tsp of jam or the jam and cream filling. Frost each cupcake with the whipped cream and top with fresh fruits and lavender. Serve immediately!
